Weekly or Biweekly Inspections
Our checklist of service includes:
• A/C verification. Reset thermostat and humidistat settings if needed.
• Run faucets, garbage disposal, and flush all toilets.
• Check for evidence of water leaks.
• Visual inspection for signs of insects and rodents.
• Check electrical panel for tripped breakers.
• Ensure hot water heater breaker is turned off, unless otherwise directed.
• Visual inspection of lanai, garage, exterior perimeter of property, pool and screening.
• Verify all doors and windows are properly secured.
• Ensure water main valve is turned off after each home check, unless otherwise directed.
• Promptly report any abnormalities or issues detected needing client attention.
• Inspection checklist report completed and sent to client after each property visit.

• Waiting services for repair, delivery, installations, service, etc.
• Pre-storm preparation assistance.

Licensed Real Estate Broker and Gulf coast native with 15+ years cumulative experience in all facets of residential real estate sales, property management, leasing and mortgage financing; Have been personally involved in residential property investments, i.e., rehabbing, flipping, and leasing, property evaluation, and pro-forma analysis.
I am a US Air force veteran with a degree in Finance, 20 years' experience with a fortune 500 corporation in sales, management, sales training and marketing. I am passionate about sailing, and enjoy photography, exercising, reading, being with friends, and playing Pickle Ball.
